At Hybrid House, we offer a 12-week nutrition program designed to complement and enhance our 12-week training blocks.

Led by nutritionist Stephanie Papadakis  of Gut of Integrity, our program provides the same high-quality value as our coaching.


The $250 program includes:


  • 12 weeks of menu plans structured around 5 phases
  • No calorie counting or measuring—just real, sustainable nutrition education
  • Two InBody scans performed on-site to track progress
  • Access to an accountability group for support and motivation
  • Live Zoom calls throughout the program, aligned with each phase
  • Personalized guidance from your coach every step of the way

My fiancé and I were pumped when Timmie announced she was planning to lead a small group through a nutrition program. This program taught us about nutrition, including what types of food our body needs and when to eat. The group was very supportive and helped with accountability. Timmy really emphasized a lifestyle change as opposed to a fad diet. The program is very detailed and easy to follow along to. As a result of this program both my fiancé and I lost 10 pounds each and we feel more equipped to make a healthy lifestyle change. Timmie’s attention to detail and her consistent support and availability throughout the program was extremely motivating.
