My fiancé and I were pumped when Timmie announced she was planning to lead a small group through a nutrition program. This program taught us about nutrition, including what types of food our body needs and when to eat. The group was very supportive and helped with accountability. Timmy really emphasized a lifestyle change as opposed to a fad diet. The program is very detailed and easy to follow along to. As a result of this program both my fiancé and I lost 10 pounds each and we feel more equipped to make a healthy lifestyle change.
