We are sure you have already seen this friendly face around the gym. Here is the official welcome for the newest member of our team, Juliana.
Juliana is new to Long Beach and is excited to plant her feet here. She flew through on on boarding process and is now excited to take her next steps at The House. The next time you see her at The House say hi and you are sure to get the biggest smile!
Here is a bit more about the newest member of our team.
Certifications -
NASM, CPT NASM, CES, ISSA Pilates, Spartan SGX, TRX, CrossFit LvL 1, AFNA Integrated Kettlebells, AFNA Integrated Kickboxing, AFNA Joint Movements and Musculature, KIPS Speed, Agility, and Strength Training.
With over 15 years of experience, Juliana specializes in functional strength, conditioning, and movement quality, helping everyday adults build strength, move with confidence, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of. She believes fitness is as much about confidence and consistency as it is about performance, and she loves creating supportive environments where clients feel seen and encouraged. Juliana meets clients where they’re at and helps them challenge their limits with intention and heart — both inside and outside the gym.

The deadlift is one of the most powerful tools we have for building total body strength—but only if it’s done well.
This Zenith Workshop is designed to break it down in a way that actually sticks.
We’ll cover:
Proper setup (bar position, stance, and bracing)
How to create tension before the lift even starts
Positioning through the pull to protect your back and maximize strength
Common mistakes we see every day—and how to fix them
How to progress your deadlift over time without plateauing
This isn’t just about lifting heavier.
It’s about lifting better—so strength becomes something you can build on for years.
Whether you’re brand new or have been lifting for a while, this session will meet you where you are and give you clear, actionable takeaways.
