New JUSTCORE and kettlebell classes to build strength, stability and conditioning. Plus who doesn't want to get their abs Summer ready?!?


And of course… our summer-ready Volume BODYBUILDING block designed to help you build muscle, feel strong, and bring the energy for “sky’s out thighs out” and “sun’s out guns out” season. πŸ’ͺβ˜€οΈ Plus we hear that big thighs save lives.


Reminder - our 4 week mini block rotates Monday with new exercises, a new routine and a new focus.

This recognition means so much to us because it reflects what we’ve always believed: fitness is about more than workouts. It’s about people, community, growth, and creating a place that is  genuinely special - a true home away from home.

THE HH FAMOUS MAY PHOTO CONTEST - THAT'S A WRAP - NOW IT'S TIME TO VOTE!!


We’ve been doing the May Photo Contest for 7 years now… and honestly, isn’t it just the best!?!


It’s a chance to bring some lightness and silliness into what we do day in and day out. A chance for our coaches to pause for a moment and appreciate the creativity, humor, and personality of our amazing members.


The gym can be serious sometimes — training hard, chasing goals, staying disciplined — but this contest is our reminder that fitness should also be fun. It’s an opportunity to put the seriousness aside for a second and just play.


So thank you to everyone who participated this year. The photos were incredible, hilarious, creative, and so uniquely “House.”

We've built this training cycle to help you get stronger, move better, and look and feel your best heading into the heart of summer. Every session has a purpose, and every week builds on the last. The members who stay consistent now are the ones who will be celebrating the results later.


So make the time. Prioritize yourself. Get in when you can, lean on your community when motivation is low, and remember that progress doesn't come from perfection—it comes from showing up.
