October at the House
7 YEARS - LUcKY #7 - THE HOUSE ALWAYS WINS. XO, TB
Thank you to everyone who helped us celebrate Hybrid House's 7-Year Anniversary this weekend.
To our incredible team, our loyal members, our volunteers, our vendors, and every racer who showed up and gave it their all—thank you. What a day.
Seven years ago, Hybrid House was just an idea. Today, it's a community built on hard work, trust, accountability, and people who genuinely care about one another. None of this would be possible without the Homies who continue to show up, support each other, and make The House what it is.
We are incredibly grateful for every workout completed, every friendship formed, every challenge conquered, and every person who has walked through our doors over the last seven years.
What a day. What a community. What a seven years.
Here's to seven more years of getting stronger together. 🥂
Q4 is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER, and we've got some exciting updates for you!
JACKED will follow a full-body split format, giving us the opportunity to train all major movement patterns throughout the week, increase exercise variety, improve recovery, and continue building strength in a smart, progressive way. Don't worry—we're still lifting heavy and getting after it, just with a little more balance and intention.
HEARTCORE will continue using heart rate-based training and conditioning targets, but with even more variety built into the program. Expect new formats, equipment, and challenges throughout the quarter to keep things fresh while helping you build a bigger engine.
Q4 Leaderboard – If you love a little friendly competition, jump in and have some fun. The leaderboard also provides valuable feedback for our coaches, helping us ensure our programs are effective and meeting your needs. Participation is completely optional, so if leaderboards aren't your thing, keep tracking your stats in the app and sharing your progress with your coaches.
Q4 Member Survey – Another way we improve programming, scheduling, events, and the overall experience at The House is through your feedback. Be on the lookout for the Q4 Member Survey link—we truly value your input and use it to help guide future decisions.
What's New Around The House
Check out our new Events Whiteboard so we can keep up with all the amazing things our Homies are doing. Whether it's a race, Hyrox, hiking challenge, competition, vacation, or life milestone, we want to celebrate you and cheer you on. Please keep us in the loop!
During GRIT Week - we'll also be introducing our new PR Chalkboard—a place to record personal records, celebrate milestones, and showcase the progress you've worked so hard for.
Schedule Updates – A new quarter (and the start of the holiday season) means a few schedule updates. Be sure to check Wodify for the latest class schedule and offerings.
As always, thank you for trusting us, embracing new challenges, and showing up for yourselves and your fellow Homies. Let's finish the year strong and continue building momentum as we head toward 2027.

MEET COACH SARAH
Sarah French
Lift. Move. Laugh. Repeat.
NASM CPT, E-RYT 500
Sarah is a lifelong lover of movement and doing hard things. As a personal trainer and yoga teacher, she brings an athletic, movement-focused approach to training that builds strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence. She believes training should push you, teach you what your body is capable of, and leave you feeling better than when you walked in. Her coaching is challenging without ever feeling intimidating, just fun, approachable, and empowering. Sarah’s goal is simple: help people get stronger, mind and body.
When you see her in class next be sure to welcome her and say hi. We think she's pretty rad.
SPIRIT WEEK
GRIT Week is here! While one-rep maxes and assessments can sound a little intimidating, they're also one of the best opportunities to celebrate your progress and have some fun. That's why we're bringing back Spirit Week!
We encourage everyone to participate, even if it's something simple. A little spirit, a little laughter, and a little themed fun make PRs, assessments, and testing week a whole lot more enjoyable. We hear one-rep maxes and new assessments pair surprisingly well with costumes and themes.
Monday – Jean Shorts Day
Break out the jorts and kick off GRIT Week in style.
Tuesday – Bring Anything But a Water Bottle Day
Get creative. The more ridiculous, the better.
Wednesday – Favorite Coffee Mug Day
Show off the mug that fuels your mornings and your workouts.
Thursday – Best Shirt Quote Day
Funny, motivational, sarcastic—we want to see your best shirt game.
Friday – Dress Like Your Coach Day
Pick your favorite coach and commit to the bit. Extra skulls for anyone brave enough to dress like Timmie.
Saturday – Favorite Sports Team Day
Rep your team loud and proud.
We'll be handing out skulls throughout the week for participation, creativity, and commitment to the theme. So join in, make some memories, celebrate your progress, and help us make this the most fun GRIT Week yet.
You'll be fine.
🎯 GOAL REVIEW REMINDER
Did you know Goal Reviews are included in your membership?
Every member receives a Goal Review at 30, 60, and 90 days, and then once every quarter after that. These sessions are designed to help you stay focused, create a clear plan, and ensure you're making progress toward what matters most to you.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose body fat, improve your conditioning, move better, build confidence in the gym, or simply stay consistent, a Goal Review gives you dedicated time with a coach to discuss where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
Stop guessing and start knowing.
Sit down with a coach, review your progress, identify any obstacles, and leave with a plan that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle. The most successful members aren't necessarily the ones who work the hardest—they're the ones who have a plan and consistently follow it.
If it's been a while since your last Goal Review, now is a great time to schedule one and head into the next quarter with clarity and purpose.

- Signal Hill: Ryan Hano - We appreciate you embracing newness, staying consistent even when life has a way of "life - ing." We see you and we appreciate having you at the House.
Coach of the Month - recognizing our team -
This month, we're celebrating Coach Sierra!
To know Sierra is to love Sierra. Whether it's "Bruh...", "Don't PMO," "What chain is this?" or one of her many other legendary one-liners, she has a way of making every class a little more fun, a little more memorable, and a lot more Sierra.
But beyond the laughs, what makes Sierra so special is how much she genuinely cares. Her members and clients feel it every day—in her coaching, her accountability, her toughness, and her ability to keep things light-hearted while still pushing people to be their best. She has a unique gift for meeting people where they are while helping them realize they're capable of more than they thought possible.
Coach, your passion for helping others is evident in everything you do. It's clear that you're here to change lives, and your mission to help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident shines through every class, every conversation, and every coaching session.
Thank you for the energy, the humor, the honesty, and the heart you bring to The House. We are grateful to have you on this team and proud to celebrate you this month.

October is one of our favorite times of the year at The House. The summer vacations are winding down, routines are starting to settle back into place, and there's an opportunity to reconnect with the habits that help you feel your best. If the last few months felt inconsistent, that's okay. You don't need to make up for lost time, start over, or be perfect—you simply need to begin again. Focus on showing up, stacking small wins, and rebuilding momentum one workout at a time. The goal isn't to have the perfect October; it's to create the consistency that carries you through the holiday season and into the new year feeling strong, confident, and proud of yourself. Your next chapter starts with your next workout.
